    This sample of comments from the 140 delegates at this year’s eHampshire Conference summed up the reactions to the fast moving plenary and workshop sessions and exhibitor demonstrations that made sure that this year’s event feedback was the best yet.

    Using the theme of the ‘Three Screen-World, keynote speaker Houston Spencer (from Global Communications company Alcatel-Lucent) warned that companies failing to innovate and match increased customer expectations with increased service levels and availability (24/7 ‘always on’ business) risked losing-out in the 21st Century ‘any time, any-where, any form modern business environment.
