It only requires one in five of each employer’s workforce to work from home or work flexible hours at least once per week (e.g. one day in five), or for your business to reduce business travel mileage by 20% (e.g. one web conference meeting in every five customer meetings) or commute by alternative means (car share, car club, cycle, bus, park &ride, or train), once a week, to achieve the MATiSSE Smarter Working Initiative 'one in five' aim of reducing peak-time traffic volumes by, you’ve guessed it, by 20%.
