Smarter Working Workshop series 2009&10

Beat the Credit Crunch - Survive the Downturn by adopting or expanding Smarter Working practices
eHampshire will be launching a new series of MATiSSE Smarter Working workshops, webinars and Master Classes in the Autumn. The 2009/10 events are designed to help businesses find new 'smarter' cost saving ways to beat the recession. The workshops will focus on the reality that process efficiency, effective use of technology plus skilled, motivated people are what differentiate a business with attention to all being even more crucial in a downturn and for optimising market share. There will also be a focus this year on employee health and wellbeing with a look at Healthy Workplace Activity schemes.
 
We will again team up with our Knowledge Exchange Partners, specialists in smarter working practices and enabling technologies to provide a range of highly interactive workshops (breakfast, AM and lunchtime options) packed full with useful information that will help your business create the working environment necessary to:

  • retain key skills
  • Set-up, motivate, manage and communicate with remote staff
  • Help make home-based working an affordable, practical proposition
  • Implement secure, affordable enabling technology allowing seamless access to your data and your people
  • collaborate and share specialist resources
  • travel and work smarter AND at the same time, understand, optimise tax and benefit legislation
  • improve performance.  
MATiSSE and Partner Events Schedule 2009
Subject to demand, the format for 2009/10 will include quarterly topic specific half-day workshops, topic specific partner events, webcasts and two smarter-working implementation oriented one-day 'MASTER CLASSES'
 
The MASTER CLASS events will be chargeable, but for SME owners, directors and managers, fees may be reclaimable within the terms of the TRAIN TO GAIN Business Leader grant scheme. scheme Alternatively, delegates who complete the MATiSSE Smarter Working Cost Savings CALculator questionaire and report will be eleigible to receive a MATiSSE training voucher. Further details on the workshops will appear on the this and the event pages of the website in the Autumn.
