What do we mean by MATISSE Smarter-Working?

The MATISSE Smarter-Working, SEEDA backed initiative, aims to encourage employers, large and small, to adopt Smarter-Working techniques.

We define Smarter-Working as meaning all forms of Flexible Working (flexible hours, job share etc) with a major focus on ICT enabled occasional or permanent Home or Mobile based Teleworking. Why is it important? Take a look at the following potential benefits.
